Biography
Lee Pence was playing with a young rock and roll act and performing on the same bill with Sonny and Cher, and the Moby Grape by the age of 12. A mainstay in northwest club acts, Lee followed a path toward jazz performance by attending Cornish College of the Arts. During the 1980's, Lee backed up artists such as B.J. Thomas and the Flying Burrito Brothers. He also performed with the Bill Evans Dance Troup as a musical support soloist, and was a featured artist at Seattle events such as Bumbershoot and the John Ritter Telethon.
